1. Who We Are and How to Contact Us

1.1 Company Details. Camora is a real-time event media marketplace platform connecting event attendees and buyers with independent event media creators.

2. Who Can Use Camora

2.1 Age Limit & Eligibility Requirements. No one under the age of 18 is allowed to create an account or use the Services. By using Camora, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and agree to form a binding contract with us. You also state that you are:

• Not barred from using the Services under the applicable laws of your jurisdiction.
• Not a convicted sex offender.
• Not someone who has previously had an account disabled on Camora for a violation of these Terms, any applicable laws, or our policies.

3. Account Creation and Security

3.1 Account Registration. While you may browse public event galleries as a guest, you must create a Camora account to upload media, purchase credits, unlock high-resolution media, or earn Creator payouts. All information submitted during registration must be truthful and accurate. You agree to update your information promptly if any details change.

3.2 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (including your username, password, and authentication tokens). You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access or security breach.

4. Marketplace Model, Credits, and Payouts

4.1 In-App Purchases & Subscriptions. Camora operates on a credit-based micro-transaction and subscription system. You may purchase credit packs or monthly subscriptions through Google Play Billing, Apple In-App Purchase, or integrated third-party payment processors. All in-app purchases are governed by the relevant app store's billing policies and terms.

4.2 First-In, First-Out (FIFO) Credit Consumption. Credits in your wallet are categorized by balance type: Subscription Credits (sub_credit), Credit Pack Credits (pack_credit), and Promotional Credits (promo_credit). When unlocking high-resolution media, credits are automatically consumed on a First-In, First-Out (FIFO) basis in the following sequence:

1. Promotional Credits
2. Subscription Credits
3. Credit Pack Credits

4.3 Refunds & Expiration. Except as explicitly required by law or the relevant app store policy, all purchases of credit packs and subscriptions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash. Promotional credits carry no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred.

4.4 Creator Earnings & Revenue Share. Creators earn a revenue share equal to 50% of the net credit value redeemed by Buyers to unlock the Creator's high-resolution media. Net credit value is determined at the time of transaction based on proportional credit pack pricing, net of applicable platform processing fees. Unlocks performed using Promotional Credits do not generate cash earnings for Creators.

4.5 Maturation Escrow Hold & Minimum Payout Threshold

• 7-Day Escrow Hold: All Creator earnings resulting from media unlocks are subject to a mandatory 7-day maturation hold prior to becoming eligible for payout. This hold allows for fraud verification, chargeback prevention, and copyright validation.
• $50 Minimum Threshold: Creators must maintain an active, matured earnings balance of at least $50.00 USD to initiate a payout transfer.
• Payout Processing: Payouts are transferred via our third-party payout providers (e.g., Stripe Connect). Creators are responsible for providing valid identity, bank account, and tax information (e.g., SSN, EIN, or Form 1099 details).

5. Media Visibility, Licensing, and Intellectual Property

5.1 Media Uploads & Preview Watermarks. When Creators upload photos or videos to an event gallery, Camora generates watermarked preview thumbnails accessible to platform users. Un-watermarked, high-resolution media is securely stored and released only to Buyers who redeem the requisite credits.

5.2 Ownership of Creator Content. Creators retain full ownership and intellectual property rights to the photos and videos they upload to Camora (“Creator Content”).

5.3 License Granted to Camora. By uploading Creator Content to Camora, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable license to host, store, resize, watermark, display, and distribute the content solely for operating, promoting, and delivering the Camora marketplace.

5.4 License Granted to Buyers. When a Buyer redeems credits to unlock high-resolution media, the Creator grants the Buyer a non-exclusive, worldwide, personal, and non-commercial license to download, view, and store that media asset, unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing for commercial media tiers. Buyers may not resell, re-license, or redistribute purchased media as standalone assets.

6. Restrictions on Conduct and Content

You agree not to engage in, or enable others to engage in, any of the following prohibited activities:

• Uploading content that infringes upon third-party intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Uploading illegal, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or sexually explicit material.
• Engaging in fraudulent self-buying loops, artificial credit minting, or abusing promotional credits to inflate Creator earnings.
• Removing, bypassing, or attempting to remove watermarks from preview media without redeeming credits.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of the Camora mobile application or backend infrastructure.
• Impersonating another individual or misleading others regarding event locations or photo ownership.

Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of accrued payout balances in escrow, and permanent termination of access.

7. Termination of Your Account

7.1 Termination by You. You may delete your account at any time via the Settings menu within the mobile app. Account deletion purges personal data within 30 days, subject to legal and financial ledger retention requirements.

7.2 Termination by Camora. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in fraud, or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination for cause, any pending escrow balances associated with fraudulent activity will be forfeited.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

8.1 “As-Is” Provision. The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and merchantability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or complete event media availability.

8.2 Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Camora LLC, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the greater of $100.00 USD or the total amount you paid to Camora in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Camora LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your access to or use of the Services, your Creator Content, or your violation of these Terms.

10. General Terms

10.1 Governing Law and Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without giving effect to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming for the resolution of any dispute arising under these Terms.

10.2 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

10.3 Entire Agreement. These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Camora LLC regarding the use of the Services.

10.4 Changes to These Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the Effective Date and notify you via in-app notification or email prior to material updates taking effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
